We bill monthly, in arrears, on the days actually worked. ### Who owns the code that's delivered? You do, 100%. The code, the deliverables and the intellectual property are entirely yours, written in black and white in the contract. ### How does onboarding work? You receive a first profile within 48h. You talk directly with the developer (8+ years of experience) before starting. With the contract and access in place, the engagement can begin in under 7 days. ### What if the developer isn't the right fit? Every engagement starts with a trial period.
